He is also a sponsor Director and former Chairman of Dhaka Bank Limited, and the Managing Director of Shanta Holdings Limited and Shanta Securities Limited.

Jasmine Sultana

Mrs. Jasmine Sultana, wife of Mr. Khondoker Monir Uddin, obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dhaka and has been a key stakeholder behind the success of Shanta Holdings Limited over the past decades. She is an experienced entrepreneur with a long track record and is also ex-Chairperson of Dhaka Bank Limited. She is also recognized as a Commercially Important Person (CIP) by the Government of Bangladesh for her contributions. Under her strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, Shanta has become one of the leading real estate developers in the country.

Saif Khondoker
Director

Mr. Saif Khondoker completed his BBA with a specialization in Strategic Management from the University of Toronto, and his MBA from the prestigious Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Under his leadership, Shanta drives forward with strategic initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, engaging in superior marketing and branding, and incorporating state-of-the-art technologies and best practices throughout the organizations. He has been involved in the executive decision making of the group since 2012 and leading the next generation of transformation. Mr. Saif is also the Director at Shanta Holdings Limited, trustee at Ashulia Women and Children’s Hospital and Chairman of Shanta Asset Management Limited.

Mayesha Khondoker
Director

Ms. Khondoker currently serves as a Director of Shanta Holdings, where she is responsible for founding and overseeing the divisions Shanta Lifestyle and Shanta Multiverse. She also sits on the board for Shanta Asset Management.

As Managing Director of Shanta Multiverse and Founding Director of Shanta Lifestyle, Ms. Khondoker is responsible for developing the businesses' strategies, focusing on driving efficiency, team development, revenue growth, and business expansion.

Prior to joining Shanta, Ms. Khondoker was the Head of Corporate Branding and Market Communications at Evercare Hospital Dhaka. She had the unique opportunity to develop her own business development department and pursue a digital transformation of the hospital and its marketing methods. Within a year, her team helped the hospital breakeven for the first time by monitoring and significantly improving patient satisfaction and patient/caregiver experience.

Ms. Khondoker earned her MBA from The University of Warwick, during which she was awarded a Distinction by Warwick Business School. She was also a Change Maker scholarship recipient. Ms. Khondoker has a BCom from York University in Canada, where she was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received the Dean’s scholarship.

Farzana Hasan

Farzana Hasan is an exemplary leader who has been working as a Senior Teacher at Shaheed Bir Uttam Lt. Anwar Girls’ College (SAGC) of the Biology Department in Dhaka Cantonment since 01 Jul 2017. She is a highly accomplished professional, having achieved success in the educational sector through her roles in various educational establishments. She was the founding Principal of Ramu Cantonment English School & College. She has also served as Senior Teacher, Coordinator and Vice Principal in various Schools such as, Scholastica (Uttara), Playpen (Banani) and Bangladesh Scholars Institute (Dhaka). She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Botany in 1992 and Master of Science (Hons) in Botany in from the University of Dhaka. Furthermore, she has served as Secretary, Vice President, and President of Shena Paribar Kalyan Shamity (SPKS) in various cantonments of Bangladesh Army. She was President of the Ladies Club in Dhaka Cantonment, as well as the Vice Patron of Proyash Special School of the Bangladesh Army in Dhaka Cantonment. With 19+ years of experience in the educational sector, and executive roles in reputable philanthropic organizations, Farzana Hasan has shown exemplary leadership skills that will propel the company towards achieving its vision.

Since 2016, Raiven has successfully invested in the FOREX market, accumulating substantial wealth. Arif Khan, CFA, FCMA

Over the past 34 years, Mr. Khan has played numerous pivotal roles in several prestigious organizations. He is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable and seasoned veterans in the Finance sector of Bangladesh. Prior to partnering with Shanta in its capital market businesses, Mr. Khan led IDLC Finance as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Before his tenure at IDLC, Mr. Khan served as the commissioner of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). Mr. Khan initiated his professional journey in 1991 as a probationary officer at AB Bank Limited. He subsequently served in renowned companies including Beximco Fisheries and British American Tobacco (BAT) Limited. He is the founding president of both the Bangladesh Merchant Bank Association (BMBA) and the CFA Society, Bangladesh. He also functioned as the President at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). Mr. Khan graduated in Finance and Banking from the University of Dhaka and obtained his MBA degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He is also Vice Chairman of Shanta Asset Management Limited.

Iftekhar Rahman

Mr. Iftekhar Rahman has had a distinguished business career spanning over three decades across a wide range of industries. Mr. Rahman graduated from Dhaka University and started his professional journey in the inspection business with Intertek Testing Service Limited. Eventually, he branched out into sports merchandising and textile manufacturing by founding Greenland Garments Limited in the mid 1990s. The company thrived under his leadership for more than twenty years. He then diversified his portfolio by venturing into the IT industry and founded F-Z Technologies, which specializes in software solutions for financial institutions and partners with global companies such as Oracle, Dell, Microsoft, and Cisco. He then entered the telecommunications industry with Tech Valley Networks Limited. And ADN Technologies Limited., which illustrates both his versatility and foresight in the business world.

Mr. Rahman has nurtured a lifelong passion for cricket, beginning as a youth player and evolving into a prominent figure in the Bangladeshi sports industry. He currently serves as a director on the Bangladesh Cricket Board, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the global stature of Bangladesh Cricket.

He has held senior leadership roles which included serving as the CEO at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia and Bangladesh and worked at Citibank NA and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
